Welcome to Weltitude Reflections,

About Me

My name is Dr. Seth Savoie, but most people call me by my nickname, Skye. I’m a licensed psychologist and therapist who believes that growth isn’t about achieving perfection, rather it’s about making progress, finding balance (or something close to it), and being able to enjoy life along the way. It's about forming a flexible attitude towards emotional wellness.

About My Blog

In this space, you’ll find posts that aim to educate, inspire, and promote emotional wellness while you sip your coffee. Think of it as a mix of professional insight, everyday humor, and a gentle reminder that being “good enough” is more than enough.

So pull up a chair, get comfy, and let’s explore together what it means to live well emotionally.
